ESTIMATE FORM PRIVACY.

This explains what happens to the information you share when requesting an estimate through this website.

What you provide

The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, project type, and project ZIP code. Project notes are optional. Please keep notes relevant to the work and avoid including sensitive personal or financial information.

Why we use it

WhiteWall uses these details to respond to your request, discuss the project, and coordinate the next steps for an estimate. Submitting a request does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.

How your request is delivered

Your request is stored in WhiteWall’s private customer-management system, WhiteWall OS, using Supabase. It creates a project record and a follow-up task so we can respond to you. A notification containing your request details is also sent to WhiteWall’s business inbox through Google Workspace.

The website and private workspace are hosted on Vercel. We use short-lived form tokens and a keyed hash of your network address to limit abusive submissions. The form keeps a request identifier and a fingerprint in your browser’s session storage to prevent duplicate requests when you retry; it does not store your contact details there. Hosting and delivery providers also process technical information needed to operate their services.
